If the actual price is lower than the price advertised on zwemmer.com we will charge the lower price. Zwemmer.com If you would like to return the book or item you have purchased, Zwemmer will either issue a credit note valid for three months for the full cost of the book, or exchange for another book or item, providing: a) Notification of your intent to return is received by Zwemmer within 28 days of purchase.
And, b) The book or item is in re-saleable condition, i.e. has not been read, used, or in any other way damaged.
And, c) An original receipt is included with the returned item(s). Refunds will only be given if: a) The items were supplied incorrectly, i.e. Zwemmer accepts liability for incorrect fulfilment of your order.
Or, b) You received the items in a damaged or imperfect condition.
Or, c) The book or item was supplied to you as a result of unauthorised use of your credit card and this has been confirmed in writing by your bank or card issuer.
And, Zwemmer receives notification of incorrect fulfilment or damaged items within 28 days of purchase. Please note that any moneys to be refunded will be dependant on the book or item being received by Zwemmer not more than eight weeks after purchase, and will only be refunded on receipt of the returned book or item. Zwemmer accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to items returned to us. Delivery charges will not be refunded, and any additional delivery charges for exchanged items will be charged to you at our usual rates, unless: a) The book or item was supplied incorrectly, i.e. Zwemmer accepts liability for incorrect fulfilment of your order.
